The only time I've had issues with returning from S3 sleep has been
when I first overclocked the CPU. (The video would not resume, a
blank desktop would appear but nothing else, or a blue screen of
death.) I was not giving it enough voltage. When I bumped it up to
1.6V, my problems went away.

Open the run box, type msinfo32. Expand hardware resources, select IRQs
and. From the file menu select Export and it will save to a text file
that you can copy and paste here. Do the same thing for I/O.
