If used solely for burning audio playlists to audio CD, then it need
not. But in Windows XP it also handles the inbuilt burning of data
CDs by pseudo drag and drop, and that can get badly at cross purposes
with InCD. If you have the Nero setup either leave InCD out and use
WMP if you wish, rather than Nero, for audio CDs, or have InCD and
turn the inbuilt service off., making audio CDs with Nero instead of
WMP
