I always try to make the effort to share my solutions so I'm pleased
that someone has benefited from this. I know how frustrating it can
be to find exactly the same problem being reported by someone else but
to not have the solution made available.

problem, and the Intel app uninstall was the exact solution. And if
you hadn't provided the answer, it would have been another three days
