Replaced the card and everythings worked fine since.

Expensive card to replace .....

Tell me about it! The vendor I bought it from, Plano PC, ****ed me
over and I had to replace it out of pocket when it was clear he either
shipped me a defective OEM card or it was damaged in shipping because
it would constantly reboot the PC from day one. His sage response:
"it worked before I shipped it" and "call the manufacturer" (the
manufacturer told me to call the vendor since the card was OEM). He
also stiffed me on Samsung memory: charged me for 512M and sent me
256M. Stopped responding to email and stopped returning phone calls,
too.
