I would upgrade USB 1.1 to 2.0 since faster & same $20-

U can also split functions : Vcard with TVout & separate
card 4 inputs in case cost 4 1 is really high. This requires
2 PCI slots tho. Recently Pinnacle 4 TVin was $20 at
CompUSA.
