False. There is a driver feedback email address on the Catalyst
driver
page. Also, ATI has for a few months at least had a rep actively
soliciting
bug reports on the rage3d driver forum for each new release.

Indeed you are correct, it's called the "Catalyst Crew" program, which now
includes public participation, which is counter to what I wrote. Here's the
