thanks, I've tried "Load Fail-Safe Defaults" in BIOS setup screen but I
didn't clear CMOS. Is it really a need after flashing the BIOS? Anyway

Instead of CLK_RATIO = AUTO, try to set it to 9, then try CLK_SW on
AUTO. Shouldn't make any difference, but what the heck.
