What is "any of that"? Assuming that you would want the
safety of a second drive in case the 1st one fails, you still need
2 hard drives. And if you want your basic system on both
hard drives, you'd still need to image it from one hard drive
to the other.

IIRC, it doesn't matter whether it's a 2nd partition or 2nd drive, the
NT boot loader will handle either.
