Most of this problem is relate to Pop-Up blocker either from nVidia or
from
Anti-Virus and or from Firewall etc....

Thanx everyone for helping. It seems my router was set to "Block anonymous
internet requests". Never has been changed and this is the 1st problem I've
had in 2 yrs..weird... was able to download the file after changing the
setting to allow..
