The only way I've found to do it is to select "Horizontal Stretching" and
then change your resolution to 2048x768. It will however make both of your
monitors appear as one very wide monitor so that may not be exactly what you
want. It does stretch the Start Bar across both monitors though (along with
your wallpaper).

I appreciate few people actually run a 2 monitor setup, but if you do
have you managed to stretch the Start Bar accross both monitors using
the 52.1s. The options seems to have disappeared completely..?
