Default what cards can drive multiple 2560x1600 screens?

Plenty. Some hints:

- Look into Dual Link DVI
- Check out the latest high-end cards of NVIDIA in both the GeForce as
well as the Quadro range.

You could probably realize the mentioned 3 displays using a single card.
