Since youre not concerned with performance, but I gather dual output -
then get the 5200 without a FAN. Many brands offer such cards - While
Im not a GAINWaRD lover - they sell a 5200 without a fan for about
$65~75.... but I think MSI does as well.

If you plan to play todays game, get something faster.
