I knew you'd answer.. however, I've already done that... and have also just
posted at the Compaq community..I await an answer there...

What I'm in need of is if someone knows these 2 boards... and can offer
advice if they are interchangeable- I am replacing my 191767-102.. the
board sent was 170686-101, which seems to be for a 7500..

Are you familiar with these 2 units?????

From what I can dig up, the 7500 is a European/Asian model and my guess
is
that it may not work as a replacement board for mine here in the US.
