Event viewer is showing the following events with the following info at

boot
up; source is CPQPHP, Event ID is 19 and the text is as follows.

"hp Proliant PCI Hot Plug

Hotplug capable slots 7-9 are running at 33MHz (PCI mode)."

This is repeated twice more but for slots 1-6 and 10-11. This model of
Proliant does have 33MHz slots but 10 and 11 should be 66MHz. Slots 2,3,6
and 9 are in use.

Does this indicate a problem or the slots held down until use?
