You could of course just use an Inclose PMD-961 Mobile Dock.

You could also use a Compact Flash to IDE adaptor
This sits in an ide slot and acts just like a Hard drive.
I have just looked at these but i think it will be better when they produce
one to fit remotely in a 3.5" Bay, so you can swap the flash memory without
taking the PC case off.
