Get PC4000 ram just to be safe. Some PC3200 ram isn't reliable at 200MHz.
ANy PC4000 ram should be and it's not that much more.

Thanks for the advice. I'm getting a good deal on the PC3200 though. The
cheapest PC4000 I can find is more then double the price of the deal I'm
getting.

How is Kingston ValueRam? Should I be good with that do you think?
