Except that it's not just water solubile ink. AFAIK, all of
them dissolve better with some alcohol, detergent or ammonia
in aqueous solution. Probably the quickest would be warm
water in an ultrasonic cleaner but I don't know if that
would harm the head.

A print_fill_shop used "GLASSEX" window pane cleaner and
were quit satisfied with it.
