Default Question About Motherboard - CPU Combination - Please

Depends on how they define 64 bit, but all the buses are at least 64bit
wide on all Intel and and AMD 64bit cpu's. Some of them are 128bits wide.

See this:

"With appropriate 64-bit supporting hardware and software, platforms
based on an Intel processor supporting Intel EM64T can enable use of
extended virtual and physical memory. Intel EM64T provides flexibility
for 32-bit now and future software that supports 64-bit computing."

The part "64-bit supporting hardware" surely refers to the motherboard.
It implies that the 64-bit CPU will work like a 32-bit CPU when such
hardware support is missing, and as a 64-bit CPU when it is present.

It doesn't say that. If you can't understand it there's no need for me to
keep telling you that what you are looking for doesn't and will never
exist.
