Help me!

I've installed a Geforce FX 5600

(before i've got Geforce4), and since i installed geforce fx,
my PC DON'T SEE THE CD UNITS (dvd, cdrom...)

WHY ???

In the properties they appears with the "!", like a conflict!!

But why all the cd units??

Help me.
