You could very well damage the video card AND many of the other components
in your system due to the unstable voltages that would result from
overstraining your PSU. Not a good idea, as they told...

WRONG! Each IDE channel can only manage two IDE devices. He is wrong. You
could add a PCI IDE card and add four IDE devices.

PCI Advice Needed
PCI cards (Not PCI-E) are too underpowered to play Oblivion well, regardless
of their low price. You need at least an AGP card, and really a PCI-E to
see the eye candy graphics.
