Windows 7 SP1

No big deal otherwise but SP1 replaces the boot loader so get legal

Hi,

Problem sounds vaguely reminiscent of the BIOS incorrectly interpreting
the poweroff signal. In the early days before ATX support was
widespread, some computers had their suspend / poweroff...
