Sick HP 1210v
 

My HP 1210v was working fine until I left it unused for a couple of months. Now
it prints fine both in black and color, but will not scan or copy. When I try to
copy, the scanner seems to be working, bulb burns and moves down the page but I
get a big solid page of black. Also when I open the front the ink cartridges do
not move to the center location

An ideas will be appreciated.
