card voltage question

could anyone tell me what the voltage of my geforce fx5900 is would it be
1.5v

If it's running at 4X it would be 1.5 if its running at 8X then it should be
..08 IMO.
I'm not exactly clear why the bios will only show 1.5 volts though because .08
volts is the spec for 8X.
