Geforce FX 5900 with ext. TV-Chip???

Is there a geforce fx Board in the market that has got an external TV Chip.
I'd like to have an Conexant 25871 because it has got the best TV-Out
quality.
I've heard that the integrated MV Chips haven't got a good TV-Out picture
quality.
