Can somebody please tell me what PCI tuneris the best (
quality/software/compatibility) which is less than £60. I want stereo audio
and the ability to record. Aslo would like it to be a pci based solution
preferably with a remote control.

You should get the Leadtek TV2000 XP Expert Model for around the price.

It is brilliant, capture quality and software capability and ease of use !!

Stereo Video sound and FM.

Don't consider anything with the out-dated Bt878 Chip.
