CAS 2 vs. CAS 3 speed differences in RAM with Athlon 64?

If you use a amd64, you should try 2-2-2-9 or 2-2-2-10.

AnandTech did a bunch of testing and seemed convinced of it.

I benchmarked my memory and sure enough, it ran better at -9.

Real testing is the only way to go.
