Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 vs. Barracuda ES

Hello,

How do You think which hdd will be better for home PC - Barracuda 7200.10 or
Seagate Barracuda ES?
HDD will work in as single drive (not in raid).
Main advantage should be efficiency (performace) and reliability (solid).
Noise level and temperature are less important for me.
These hard drives are very similar and I just don't know which one to
choose.
Can You plese help me.

Regards
Kris

Well, the ES is specifically marketed towards enterprise/server
configurations that run 24/7, so Seagate is stating that the ES has a higher
reliability factor. Both series drives are good and would have similar, if
not identical performance, heat creation and noise. They both have a 5 year
warranty, utilize Perpendicular Recording, etc., so it's basically just a
question of whether you want to pay an extra $50 for the ES.
