Acer Aspire 5672 and boot from USB hard drive?
 

Hi,
Has anybody sucessfully booted from an external (usb) hard drive with
this laptop?

The internal hard drive is working properly, no problems there.
For testing purposes, I would like to have an external hard drive
available that Ican install and boot from.
As this laptop have the ability to boot from usb hadr drives, it
shouldn't be too hard.

But when I try FreeBSD for example, I can install on the hard drive
without fail, but when I try to boot from it, it doesn't work.
