I use the 44.03 Detonator downloaded from
http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?IO=winxp-2k_44.03 ... there heve been reports
that this version makes systems instable but on my system they wotk perfect
without any negative things.
You could also check http://www.guru3d.com for previous versions.

I think 44.03 is the newest,they're the first I've tried that Directx
accepts as certified XP drivers.
