NVIDIA Personal Cinema GFX 5200
Does anyone one of these (NVIDIA Personal Cinema GFX 5200 ) video cards? I
recently upgraded to an ATI 9000 AIW card, but have been very unhappy because it seams that MacroVision encoding from the cable company causes the Audio to Rise and Fall in volume when recording broadcast television, making playback viewing very anoying. I would like to know if the above card has similar problems. I like to record broadcast TV for time shifting my favorite television shows, instead of buying something like TIVO. if any one has this video card, would appreciate any feed back you could offer. also is there any bundled software included with the card, such as video editing? Scheduling TV recording times, ect? i took a look at it on Evga's website, but they didn't seem to have info on bundled software. TIA |

TIA Macrovision Protection has been put on every card since..about 2 years orso, only by using a pretty old tv card you can rip such easily! |
