Mobility Radeon x600 - is it any good?

I am currently looking to buy a new laptop and I have an eye on an IBM
z60m. The only thing thats not suberb on that one is the graphic card
witch is a mobillity x600.
Now I wonder what you people think of that card? Is it any good? And how
does it compare to the Mobillity 9700?
