What kind of DDR-SDRAM is appropriate for Pentium 4 (2.4 GHz) and use
of graphical programs (such as Photoshop)?

Depends on the processor FSB speed and chipset. (The 2.4 GHz Pentium 4
is one of the few available with 400 MHz, 533 MHz, and 800 MHz FSB speeds.)
