Presario 5300US CPU Upgrade

I have a Presario 5300US currently with Intel Celeron 1.1 Ghz. What is the
maximum upgrade (Intel) CPU that i can get and what do I have to buy and
install? If also would i have to buy a bigger motherboard and power supply?
If so what would I have to get?
