Bios Update
 
Do I understand that the Bios update (automatic) is not reccomended for
P4P-800 and P4C-800 deluxe?

I use the Alt-F3 method on boot. Personally, I don't recommend updating any
firmware/BIOS inside of Windows.

I did it in Windows once, never again will I ruin a board because I can't be
arsed to deal with the command prompt.

It probably works fine, but I am used to the old days where you did all that
kind of stuff from a boot floppy. :-)

Actually I updated my CDRW firmware through windows, because the DOS updater
wasn't working.
