Asus A7V333 Motherboard and AMD XP2700+
 

Does anyone know if an Asus A7V333 Rev 1.02 motherboard with a 1016 BIOS is
compatible with the AMD XP2700+ CPU? I looked at the Asus web site and see
that for the XP2700+ it lists the A7V333 since Rev 2.0 and/or since a BIOS
of 1013 or high. I am not sure, however if that means that the motherboard
must be Rev 2.0 AND the BIOS is 1013 or greater or if it means either a Rev
2.0 or higher motherboard OR a BIOS of 1013 or higher is required.
