Removing nvidia drivers

How do remove every bit of nvidia drivers before installing an ATI 9800 pro?

I am running Win2000 pro.

Driver Cleaner 2.x. which will remove all trace.

I found Drive Cleaner 3.0. Will that work or is the 2.xx series better?
