What is the Difference between 2 AOpen 6600GT?

I noticed that there are two versions of AOpen 6600GT agp -
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814135186 that has DDR
while this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814135160 has GDDR3.

Which one is better?
