Temperature Question with Soyo KT400 Lite! Please help

I have this Soyo KT400 Dragon lite, and XP2600 for about a week (not
overclocked). The Bios has the following temps showing:
1) CPU TEMP. EXTERNAL 42C
2) CHA TEMP. 38C
3) CPU TEMP. ON DIE 55C

The reading is recorded at idle. Are these temps normal, and why it shows 2
different CPU TEMPs. I know most MO only have one CPU TEMP reading.

Thanks!

Those temps are normal. Overclockers might want them a little lower but
they are well within specifications.
CPU External is the temperature read by the sensor in the socket, beneath
the chip.
CPU ON Die is the temperature read by the thermal diode built into Athlon XP
processors.
