Gainward or Asus (Geforce4 MX440) - which budget card to buy?
I'm on a tight budget and want to upgrade my old Diamond Speedstar A200
(Savage Pro) to one of the lower cost Geforce4 cards. I found a store selling an Asus 64 MB Geforce4 MX440 AGP/8X for $73/retail box and a Gainward 64MB Geforce4 MX440 AGP/8X for $50/retail box. Both have TV-Out, but the Asus has a DVI input. I'm not familiar with Gainward. Although there is a $23 difference between the 2, can anybody offer an opinion as to which card is the better card performance-wise. |
GAINWARD/CARDEXPERT GeForce 3 Ti200 64MB (NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti 200 GPU), Power
Pack Golden Sample, ( 4ns. 64MB DDR. ). TV-Out. GF3TI200 at newegg.com for $79. Way, way, better card than any MX. "jg_23" wrote in message ...
