Battery Charging on Evo N620c

Problem is that battery charges up to 99% then stops there.
This means that the battery discharge and recondition option in the
CMOS boot-setup will not work because the computer believes that it is
not yet charged.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

So it seems that the battery/program need to be calibrated so battery's
MAX is 100%
I found this:

calibrate the battery. "
