My system is a Ti-4200 8xAGP, 71.84 drivers, Win98SE. Any attempt to add to the registry the coolbits entry, causes the drivers to switch to 240Hz refresh rate. It does not seem to matter what the value of coolbits is set for, 0,3,7,-1. Very strange. Any ideas?
