Anyone have this problem with Epson 830U??... by rich
The paper doesn't seem to feed corectly thru the printer and thus the printouts are never straight. This is ok if you're printing on just one side. But for double sided printing its useless as both sides do not match!.Is this a design fault or do i have fautly printer? Thank Rich

Large volume textual A3 use - HP1220c or LQ-680? by dorothy.bradbury
Large volume textual A3 use - HP1220c or LQ-680? Yes, that's right - a 24-pin dot-matrix A3 fanfold printer. I know the HP does cut-sheet A3 only (not tractor fed). I have 1000-5000 pages to print off occasionally, about 6x/yr. Take it as 40% plain-jane textual coverage on A3 paper. o LQ-680...

Minolta QMS 2300DL Magicolr is a peice of ****! by Gerald Newton
Don't buy it - it is garbage. After 6 months mine gives false paper jams. I wish I had paid the $200 more and bought the HP one. This problem has gone on for months. My printer is only 6 months old. I bought it at Office Max.

HP JetDirect closing ports randomly by Tony Whitmore
Hi all, This was good one for me to have to think about on a Monday morning! We have 5 HP LaserJet 5Ns, with JetDirect cards. These are the workhorses of our IT rooms and are usually rock solid. (You can guess where this is going, can't you?) These printers have started misbehaving. All 5 of...

Canon BJC6100 - 7 beeps by Deesnay
I have a Canon BJC6100. It stopped working a few days ago. On start, it beeps 7 times. The user's guide says it indicates a problem with the electric contacts behind the cartridges, that should be cleaned. I've tried to clean them, but it doesn't work. Has anyone an idea ? Thanks ! --
