3d Mark 06 score with 6600GT by
Paul Goodhew
Seeker wrote in message ...
I just installed 3d Mark 06, the free version and got a score of
1330. Nothing overclocked, my system is Athlon XP 2000+, 512 memory
at 333 Mhz and 6600GT.
Do you think this is too low?
You may or may not have bought this card under the impression it is...

6600gt temperature monitoring by
swingman
I recently got an MSI 6600GT card and installed it with the latest MSI
driver. It doesn't have a temperature monitoring option and I wondered if
this is supported in the hardware? If so, do I need to use the Nvidia
driver to make the feature visible? TIA

6200 on WinXP 64, Direct X Problems by
stork
I have 64 bit Windows XP running on a dual Opteron. I just bought a
6200 based graphics (AGP) card and I've found that, even after
installing the Apr 2006 drivers, that many of the Direct X examples in
the DX9 do not work. If I turn off hardware acceleration, they work
like a champ. Also, OpenGL...

Help with black lines across my screen by
[email protected]
Hi there, when trying to play games that normally run fine on older
graphics card, i.e. medal of honor allied assult, i get black lines
dart across my screen so that the image breaks up every now and again.
It also happens with harder to run games such as Call of Duty 2. Some
of my mates say it...

Currently I've got two monitors working without problem, the primary

Don't Think Both My SLI Cards Are Contributing by
beachnut
Hi, all.
I'm getting so-so performance from my new gaming setup
(Athlon 64 3500+, twin 6800GTs in SLI/PCIe, no overclocking
anywhere). I ran a few minutes of 3DMark05 and got around
4500. There were some real crappy framerates while running
that! And that was at 1024x768.
Oh, my Nvidia desktop...

Slight vertical jitter by
Mal Franks
Just replaced my PC base unit with a new SLI one with a couple of 6800GT
cards and hooked it up to my existing 19" monitor (LG Flatron 915 Plus)
via the provided DVI-VGA adapter.
I'm noticing when I'm playing a game a slight occasional (to frequent)
vertical jitter by a small fraction of a...

Geforce 6600 GT Problems by
Paul O. Morris
Noticeable stutters when playing some games, i.e. Falcon 4.0 Allied Force
with grapics sliders maxed. (Stutters also appear when sliders are reduced)
MSFS runs smoothly, with no stutters. Running processes are down to the
bare minimum.
I've also observed that video stutters seem to coinside...

4 Hardware bandwidth questions. (Related to ram,pci-e,cpu,gpu,sli). by
David Kanter
Skybuck,
Out of anyone posting to this group, I think you have the least right
to abuse anyone for their posting style. Half your posts are
off-topic; generally, they are incomprehensible and you generally lower
the signal to noise ratio by a good deal. You also post remedial
education questions...

Mario Kadastik
Hello,
well it's now official, the Asus V9520/Magic/T 128MB card is with 64 bit
DDR memory although AIDA32 shows it 128 bit. I will copy here a response
from Asus tech support regarding the card's clock compared to that
what's written on their site (on site it's said that Magic should have

Asus GeForce4 ti4200 (V9280 VS) card by
Keith Clark
Looking at the Asus web site this seems like sweet card. I like the
massive heatsink and the variable speed fan, at least in theory. The
video in feature seems interesting too although I do have an analog to
DV convertor already.
And I like the fact that it has dual DVI connectors, according to...
