I understand that the M processor is "more efficient" than its 2.0Ghz would
suggest but what is the equivalent speed of a P4?

With an Intel D865PERL mobo using their supplied, onboard sensors and

Where on the board are zone 1 and 2 located?

TIA

hi ,
yes you can configure VLAN on windows ,

1). if your ethernet driver suports tagging than you can enable that
from the management utility supplied along with.
Intel PRO 100 do support VLAN.

Bios update for P4 processors with 800MHz fsb by
DJS0302
Okay I've read Intel's website where they say you must update the bios on
certain Intel motherboards if you're running a P4 processor with an 800 fsb.
However, they don't say why you must update the bios and what will happen if
you don't. Anyone know why they're saying the bios needs to be updated?

Question regarding processor speed by
Horned Frog
I bought an Alienware in July 2002 with the 2.26 Ghz Intel D850EMV2 chipset.
Can any gamers tell me if there is an appreciable increase in performance
with the 3.2 Ghz? Obviously, there is some. But I am curious if it would
be worthwhile to upgrade anytime soon. I'm going to move to a 9800...
