Hi, I've reinstalled Win98 SE on a friends PC & found all MoBo drivers from either the Gigabyte or Intel sites. All I am missing is a driver for an AMR slot modem, I think it could be an Aztech device, the only identifying numbers on it are ACSC93300345 & 6765590000 which are on a sticker on...

Gigabyte GA-K8VT800 Pro, MBM 5.X chassis temperature question by DDD
Greetings, I have the above mentioned motherboard running the latest version of Motherboard Monitor. I seem to be getting 25 degrees C for the chassis temperature ever since I got the thing. I don't think my case is that good in keeping it forever at this temp. Any ideas?

GA-7NF-RZ + AGP 2.0 1.5v? Compatible? by [email protected]
OK, I'm confused. Can someone please help me? I've built up a GA-7NF-RZ (budget model, nForce2 400+MCP chipset) with a GeForce2 MX 400 64MB. The manual says first to ensure the AGP card has the 1.5v "notch" and then to "Ensure the card is AGP 4x/8x" I assumed this means 4x or 8x, so I installed...

cdrom seen by BIOS but not in WinXP (7N400 Pro2) by Steve Maring
I recently upgraded the OS on a Gigabyte 7N400 Pro 2 Mobo from Win2K to WinXP. When it ran Win2K, it did not have a problem recognizing both my Creative 48X CD-ROM and my Memorex DVD+RW/+R. However, with WinXP, my Creative 48X CD-ROM is not seen by the device manager. The BIOS, version F11,...

Since service pack 2 went on here I can't use my firewire card reader. I don't get a drive letter assignment for it any more (it doesn't seem to want to be anything other than drive letter E). If I rip out all my drive letters then it will appear but obviously that's no solution. I also have a...
