There's no clogged nozzles since nozzle check was clear. however, when i try to manually realign the printhead all the choices had heavy banding and i don't know which choice to set. i install another printhead from pixma and this problem went away. is the printhead bad? TIA

I have a Canon I950 (about 9months old), which has been perfect until today. For no apparant reason I have "banding" on my A4 prints. The only thing I have done recently is to change two ink tanks. Can anyone give an explanation, or point me in the direction for remedial action? TIA Jim
