I have an HP DX5150. I have Cool and Quiet set to AUTO (not disabled) in the BIOS. I've tried installing both HP as well as AMD's cool and quiet drivers. My home PC is an ASUS, and I see in the AMD dashboard the CPU and Voltages change with utilization. The HP DX5150 stays constant.
