1800 to 2400/2600 Upgrade by Bob
I have a Presario 6400NX with a 1800+ Athlon that I'd like to upgrade to a 2400+, or 2600+. The mb is a FIC AM35 (VIA VT8375)KM266 chipset. The only documented (that I could find) upgrade is to a 2200+. Has anyone been able to get a 2400/2600+ to run on this setup?

184 pin dimms- "low density" or "high density"??? by mrbog
How do I tell if a pc3200 dimm is "low density" or "high density"?? Even if I have the model number of the dimm before I buy it, all the spec sheet says is "Density: 1024". And I can't even tell if my mobo will take high density or not, it doesn't say so in the manual. How do I know if it's "low...

19" LCD with natural res. of 1600x1280? by menu
Does any 19" LCD offer a natural resolution of 1600x1280? Is 1280x1024 the best resolution for 19" LCD so the industry doesn't make any with 1600x1280?

19" or 20" LCD with 16ms response time - when? by full
Does anyone heard of any news on when LCD manufacturers will come out 19" or 20" LCD with a response time of 16ms or lower? Because of all the talks of low response time when playing games, I've stayed away from 19 or 20" LCDs from Samsung. But the wait is like a torture for me.

19" LCD wide - text deformation by [email protected]
Ok, I have a 19" widescreen LCD display. Whenever the resolution is at anything EXCEPT 1440x900, text on the screen becomes deformed and nearly unreadable. While this is not an issue when running most applications, as my resolution stays on 1440x900, when I do something which changes...

1920 x 1080 hdtv videos? by GreatArtist
My old system would totally choke if I tried to play a 1920 x 1080 video. I'm building a new computer. I just ordered an Athlon X2 5600+ (2.8 ghz + 2 x 1mb L2 cache) and I'm going to buy a Geforce 8800 GTX. Is that plenty fast enough to display a 1920 x 1080 video with no problem? I'm going to be...

1920x1200 resolution from ATI 128 Pro II by Paul
I updated my ATI 128 Pro II to the latest drivers. I can get 1600x1200 resolution but not 1920x1200. I'm running XP SP1. A friend of mine has the same exact card running with XP SP1 on the same exact HP computer. We verified all of our settings are the same and he can get 1920x1200 resolution. ...

1979 Celica Choke (20R Engine) by tom418
I'm checking the operation of the Choke on a 1979 Celica. The Factory Service manual mentions the choke opener and choke breakers, which I found and checked out OK. Then they mention the Choke linkage diaphragm, which I can't find. Are they referring to the other two? Choke breaker diaphragm is...

1MB vs 2MB L2 Cache? by Joe
How does a system with a 1MB vs 2MB L2 Cache affect the normal user? Normal in the sense of no gaming, hardly any picture editing and mainly just burning a lot of images from the DVD/Video groups. Are there any webpages which explain the difference for this question and the one below? While I'm...
