3Dmark2001 score by
Claus Christensen
Hi all.
I run as follows:
FIC AU13 MOBO
512 MB Crucial PC2100
XP 1700+
GeF4 TI4800 128MB (overclocked 320/690)
Is a score of 10200 something to be "proud" of??
What upgrade will do the most for me?
TIA
Happy Holidays

3rd Graphics Card? by
Monkeys
I'm currently running two monitors -
1. LCD (DVI) from a GF3 Ti500 (AGP)
2. LCD (VGA) from a GF4 mx420 (PCI)
Xp Pro, Dell Dimension 8200
I want to run a third monitor, and would prefer DVI, must be PCI. Any
recommendations?
Replacing the existing PCI card with dual-DVI would be a nice option,...

3rd Monitor by

I've currently got a XFX 6800GT running dualview with a Dell 20" and a
17" monitor, both connected via DVI sockets.
I've seen another identical 17" monitor on ebay and want to add it to
the left hand side of my 20, thus having 3 screens. Is it as simple as
buying another cheap nvidia card witha...

3rd RMA by
D.Luter
So I had recently sent back 2 7900'GS cards because they were causing massive artifacting all across the screen. My third one came in the mail today and has massive yellow and red artifacting (YAY A NEW COLOR). Now when I turn the resolution down there is very little artifacting, but the entire...

3x PCI-E x16 slots on Jetway motherboard by
Cuzman
So why have Jetway made a motherboard with three x16 speed PCI Express
slots? Do you use the middle one for a single card, and the outside two
for SLI?

connection and one VGA connection. I have 2 19" monitors hanging off that
card.
Problem - I want to install another video card so I can run 4...

The nvidia website at
http://www.nvidia.com/page/technology_vista_downloads.html#drivers
says that the drivers are only compatible with Windows Vista RTM build 6000
and
higher, and should not be used with other versions of Windows Vista.
What version is Windows Vista RTM build 6000 ???? I thought...

4200 TI vs. 5700 by
Builder
I'm thinking of upgrading my 4200 to a 256 MB 5700. I really don't want to
spend 400.00 on a new card and the 5700's can be had for between 100.00 to
140.00 depending on the manufacturer. Is it worth upgrading? If so what card
would has the best cooling and is the best OC'er? What manufacturer...

JEBEDIAH DUPREE
I got a Thermaltake Silent PurePower TT-420AD from newegg a couple of
weeks ago for my Athlon XP 3000 machine with an X800 Pro AGP. To make a
long story short, I had to give the X800 to someone and now I'm stuck
with a flaky 9800 Pro. I was thinking about switching over to a PCI-E 64

430W Antec True PSU & 6800GT by
Bob C
I have read that the 6800gt and Ultra can run from a power supply less than
480 watts. As long as they can supply 20Amps. Is this true?
If so, I should be able to run a 6800GT with my 430W Antec True PSU. I'm
not running much else other than an Audigy and a 3Ghz P4.
