my collegue tried to revive one of our M370's for use, but found that installing Win2K advanced server on a IDE HDD resulted in not being able to boot.. he's installed the latest BIOS. does anyone know if the M370 supports booting from IDE? a workaround may be booting GRUB or LILO from floppy/CD...

Q: adding hard drives to Compaq DL380 - can I add them to system drive? C:\ by rod
hello, I have a Win2k box that is running out of hard drive space on the C:\ drive. The C:\ drive is actually two drives (Raid 1) on the Compaq DL380. Can I add 2 more drives and continue the Raid 1 protection but not lose any data on the C:\ drive? thanks!
